The word "marathon" doesn't feature in my vocabulary, not since they changed the name to "Snickers".......

Well done on the running, Hypno, but I don't envy you the black toenails.

Dinner is certainly smelling good - not sure that dumplings are great on the old WW front, but who cares :D

mac, I have never had a problem with toenails doing half marathons or even longer distances except the actual marathon which is not unusual, so I am not sure what went wrong this time! It is the same toe on each foot, and I haven't bought new trainers or anything - it could be something as simple as wearing the wrong pair of socks with a seam that has rubbed.

Am glad to be home and able to take my shoes off - I have two black toenails with blisters beneath, that in due course will fall off but right now they are horribly painful :(

Now the question is: Do I dare put a joke about 'fronts' and 'dumplings' in before the watershed..? ;)

Dinner was yummy. Not bad for a storecupboard meal at all! Tomorrow is cheesy pasta bake.

DT, yes, your donation went through no problem - thank you very much :T

And as for the cleaner - one of the reasons I need one is to make sure that I spend those hours tidying up beforehand to avoid embarrassment - it is the discipline of someone coming round once a week that I need!
