    interesting what you said about shred hypno. I plan to also use it this way. But was wondering if I should concentrate on it for say a month first, and then ease the swimming back in? I am guessing that swimming will hurt to much for the first few days....:)
    I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

    For the first 3 weeks or so, I was running and shredding, and it wasn't too much of a problem generally. However, when I then also had a bad day at work, or a low day emotionally, the whole thing then became too much and I felt like I had hit a brick wall, so decided to balance out the physical stuff a bit.

    I reckon swimming will be just fine, and def try and do the first 30 days as you will notice a huge difference in your fitness/tone/shape if you stick with it!

    One benefit of sore toes - can't feel guilty about exercise but because I cant move I am munching my way thru life!

    I still go weekly - need the discipline of having my weight recorded once a week to make sure I don't revert to bad bad habits!

    Although I am much more relaxed on what I eat now - I don't point stuff any more as I reckon I have pretty much got it sussed on a food/exercise balance right now :D

    So.....the garden has been done this evening and looks nice and tidy, and I have made a start on the general housework, which I will carry on with after dinner (burger and chips, oh how healthy). The washing machine is on, the dishwasher is done, and all in the world is as well as can be expected!
