Round of applause for Cherisong's post. I only learned this the hard way... which I understand is normal for norfolk :o:D

Joking aside, I really would urge you to take care Hypno.... please. I do understand you want to clear debts, but you do have a tiny bit of room to manouvre, so take it if you can (though you likely won't!)

Oddly enough, am sleeping much better than I used to! Just tired from all the mental/emotional stuff I reckon. It will resolve itself - just have to plod on :)

I think you'll find that mental/emotional stuff does not resolve itself. It has to be resolved. That takes time and takes energy. Just make sure you're not running yourself out of either...

I will dig deep into my reserves. I'll be ok x

Just been for a run, quite a muggy evening which surprised me a bit, but a nice 45 mins nonetheless. Now about to cook up a gourmet meal of pizza for when the boys come home from football training then into the shower and collapse for the evening.

Hope you have all had a good day :)

Evening - hows the shredding going? Have temporarily stopped ............. long term problems with my wrist not being helped by push-ups etc but have done plenty of walking as we are looking after a friends dog for two weeks.

DD is in Southampton at moment with her boyfriend, DS is at home but is off to Portugal next week to a 200th anniversary re-enactment from something from the Napoleonic Wars. Back to work in two weeks and I can;t wait to get back into a routine.

Take Care Hypno - been there, done that, got the t-shirt emotionally and mentally

    Have a good evening everyone

Is that the October trip, the January trip, or the April trip? I can't recall back that far when each diary "happened" :o
