Hi mel! You are welcome to join in, of course! It has taken me many years of trial and error to find the right way of budgeting for me. Sometimes it works for a few months, before it goes off track, sometimes a few weeks, sometimes just a few days before it has all gone to pot! But the important thing is to just accept that the method didn't work for you - and that there is a suitable budget out there for you. unfortunately, there are some potential REALLY big costs lurking there, taxi! Financial survival will be what I aim for, and if I get through the next couple of months then I should be ok!
