    Debt-free and Proud!
Good morning, thanks for the encouraging words Hypno. Why tired, are you not sleeping well? Have been laughing at the Shred chatter. I started running with DD earlier in the year but have had to take a break through illness. We are hoping to restart gently in September but I'm far, far off fit enough to Shred!
I'm thinking of using September to record every single penny spent and then your envelope/extra bank account system for budgeting and set myself some realistic targets. I think I fail because I over-reach. I'm going to pop over to the grocery challenge and catch up with those guys, always motivating.
    Have a good day everyone.

Oddly enough, am sleeping much better than I used to! Just tired from all the mental/emotional stuff I reckon. It will resolve itself - just have to plod on :)

Hypno, I am sorry to hear that you are feeling so tired. Take heed and look after yourself. Maybe go and see the doctor. It can be very hard going after what you have been through this year. I found that when I was going through the same thing that I went onto automatic pilot and became Miss Efficient, dealing with all of the practical stuff such as money, house etc. And then 9 months later it hit me like a ton of bricks. Once I had everything in place and time to breathe that was when I started to feel exhausted. I succumbed and went to the doctor just to shut my friends and family up. I just needed some time off and a complete rest from everything. I know that you will pull through this, you are strong but you are never too strong to sometimes just need a shoulder to lean on because you cant do it all alone. Even if you try.
Do you have a friend that you can, perhaps, go and spend a weekend with when the kids are with their Dad? It would probably do you good to have a change of scene. Even if they live down the road. A break from the house as well may help you to clear your mind and start all over again with some renewed vigour.
Big hugs and no kicks up the behind just a gentle push off the dusty road into the long grass for a few days.
Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher
