I am planning on painting kitchen and thought I would need to 'sugar soap' the walls near cooker as they are tacky (yuck)

Good luck with the lounge - always love starting painting but get bored so quickley!

Been off the Hypno club routine for a while, life's been all over the place. Had a major diet wobble and exercise faded out too, but at times somethings got to give :o

Anyway, back on the diet (lost 2.2 lbs since weighing in on Wednesday :j), and only 4 lbs of the wobble to lose before the weight loss proper begins, will start the exercise too.

Got to join in with the declutter/tidying, we're moving out of this rented place during the bank holiday weekend and back into store. Then it turns out we're travelling again, so got to really be a capsule wardrobe, fortunately this time we're taking the car. So can take more than airline luggage allowance. Likely to be travelling for 6 months with occasional UK trips back for house hunting, so need the capsule to cover from september through to spring, so need clothes etc. for all occasions/weathers.

Hope the lounge is going well Hypno, pleased to hear your diet and exercise is going so well :T:T:T

 I survived... ish... though I had to stop during the jumping jacks to go add a 2nd sports bra or risk black eyes! :rotfl: My legs are ok but my arms are jelly mush! :o I'm not sure I have ever sworn so much in a short period of time! :silenced: I suspect I'll be doing level 1 for a long time to come! :o :rotfl:

Taka I have tried many sports bra's, some of which i'm sure where just made to give me an injury. However I can highly recommend the 'Level 3 Shock Absorber Sports Bra'. I got my most recent one ebay, £11.99 with free delivery!!!! When I first saw one I thought theres no way, the straps are not a thick/wide as you expect them to be, but believe me they work on my humongous mountains!!

HTH sorry if it was TMI for some!:rotfl:

There was a good review of sports bras on GMTV, they actually did tests on trampets, the M&S one did well. The main thing they recommend is to jog on the spot in the changing room to test before buying :o

    Admittedly not tried yet.

Evening all, hope you have had a good day.

We worked really hard and got the lounge done, and completely finished. It is a big room, so we were very pleased to have got such a thorough job done over the weekend, as it would have been yuk to have had to carry on after work over the next few days.

So, the lounge looks so much better - it is only the same colour paint that I had before, but all the polyfilling is done, and the whole place looks a whole lot cleaner and much nicer generally. A bit of moving furniture (bookcases etc) about to give the impression of more space has also worked wonders.

Also did the windowsills in the hall while I had the gloss to hand, and we are going to do the bannisters and the rest of the hall woodwork next weekend.

Getting there! Now shattered and not planning on moving far this evening. Have some chicken in the oven for sandwiches tomorrow, but dinner tonight is just going to be wedges and burgers or something equally exciting!
