Gulp... a certain DVD has arrived!

Wish me luck - It was nice knowing you all! :rotfl:

:rotfl: in a week or two you'll be up to level 2 and egging everyone else on! :rotfl:

Day 13 for me later on - didn't get up early enough to do it this morning! :rotfl:

Also didn't stand on the scales in Boots, because it's been Mr DAffs' birthday and I've spent the entire week eating cake :o must try harder! Scales next Saturday and I want a RESULT for all this shredding, not just having cancelled it all out again with cake!

Well done on your 14 miles Hypno! :T

My copy of the dredded shred was dispatched on Tuesday... I feel my days of being able to move are numbered! Apparently it is 3-5 days from then till it should arrive! Looks like it may just turn up in time for my week off! Nooooooooooooooooooooo! :rotfl: I have tins (instead of weights) and a yoga mat at the ready but is there anything else I'll need?

taka...don't be fooled, mine came day after i ordered it!!!!
i do my exercises on the carpet, you don't need anything else. i have just done day 3, having missed a day yesterday as we went to London all day and night. Just as well, my quads and hamstrings were REALLY hurting yesterday! however today on day 3, i did it much more easily than day 1. I must say i am really impressed with this, i like the fast moving pace of the video and the amount of change you do, it really keeps you from being bored. i also notice i am wanting to eat less too (though did have a big burger and chips out yesterday!)

For anyone wanting a sports bra: i went to matalan and tried on their £4 one thinking it would be rubbish, but it seemed very supportive, bought it and i am thrilled with it, i am going to get another one, really pleased with it and i would never have guessed it only cost £4.

Ok, off to Matalan tomorrow. If I buy the sports bra, I might have to buy the dreaded Shred:o

    Right, have finally stopped.

After my run, and my porridge I had a much needed bath. God bless the person who invented Radox!

Then, Mum came round and we went to B&Q for paint and bits, and she prepped all the bits that need doing in the lounge and I glossed the front door.....all looking a lot better now. She is coming back tomorrow so that we can get the paint on the walls and the coving.

I didn't get as far as a charity shop - will have to fit that in some other time.....or perhaps ask one of them to come and collect, as there is so much stuff.

And we had chippy for dinner - a rarity, but perfect after a long day. Have now collapsed. The children are home from their week with their Dad and DD has a friend over for a sleep over, so with the student too, there is much laughter and game playing on the Wii, so it is nice to see & hear, although I am hoping that I can get an early night, so will dig out some ear plugs I think!

Hope you have all had a good day too xx
