I tried that yogalates thing - an awful Aussie woman with a long Lorraine Chase type plait.......I found myself getting really wound up by her voice, which sort of goes against the calming relaxing ideal, somewhat!

Just off to buy polyfilla and sandpaper.....no prizes for guessing what I have planned for the weekend :p

That's the one Hypno- My sis gave me the DVD a while a go- i looked at it and never bothered because of her voice:o DD2 saw it and wanted a go- she too got irritated.

Oh well Amazon it is for the DVD:D:D Silver lining and all that:rotfl::rotfl:

shred day 2 done:j i had to stop twice today to catch my breath, it is the 8-9 minute mark that seems to get me, i find the exercises in the 2nd half easier. i still can't do push ups (no upper arm strength) but tried anita's version and i think i can just do them but not sure if they are achieving anything.

now, i am sure this is wishful thinking but i am sure my right thigh is a bit thinner today!!!!

BOB, how many inches do you think you have lost and in what time frame? i need some more motivation.....

i sincerely HOPE there is NOT a shred for life or i am never speaking to hypno ever again:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
