slink off, hi-jack over.... apologies to the very sensible non-shredders
The day is at the bottom of my sigMr.B reminded me that it is actually more off my waist since i started- i was having a fitting for a bridesmaid dress- so in total since i started there has been 4 inches off my waist:D Bust is two inches and hips are the same as stated.:j I am still on level one-and have had a few days off it last week when i went away for my anniversary, put on three pounds but have now got them off:D
BTW the main reason i am doing this is for the bridesmaid dress- i feel too old and too fat. But with the aid of Jillian and SW i aim to sort that out.:TBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Well i used to go off pant tightness:o:o I reckon if you can measure off those and how well your clothes are fitting then you will be doing well. Your weight loss is fab- i am just trying to get down to your starting goal..lol
I thought i would attack it properly this time, and anyone who has seen piccies of me will know i am not exactly a slim bunny:D:rotfl: so big inch losses helpBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I just need to keep my weight off now - that is always the difficult bit for me. I'm not fussed about losing any more, but I certainly don't want to be putting it back on, and I am hoping that the exercise keeps my focus!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. thanks BOB that is amazing (sorry i didn't notice your shred days in your signature), it just goes to show the power of exercise and diet together: that loss of inches in 11 days is truly extraordinary, well done, you will be another super minny yummy mummy at the end of 30 days.... when is the wedding?0

Still sounds scary - all this shredding - me thinks I'll stick to the paper kind of shredding - of which I've done LOADS since I've been on holiday
Off to dd's tomorrow and it's forecast RAIN - wherever we meet, be it here or there it piddles down - a standing joke now - we could meet in a dessert and we'd pick the rainy weekend. Hope the forecast is wrong for once.
Hope you got that coffee you needed Hypno.
