Maybe you need another week off when you just relax? I bet you have done more these 2 weeks on holiday than you do at work so it doesn't feel like a proper holiday. (Not implying of course that you are lazy at work!!)

Are you sleeping better now? Could you go to bed any earlier?

When the student goes you will be able to relax more and hopefully that will help.

another week off would be great, but unfortunately I now have no more annual leave available until November :( Serves me right really, I should have picked a more relaxing break last week, or said no to the student!

Ah well.....he is here for 3 weeks - some nights they go out so need collecting, but if not, I will try and grab an earlier night or two. I am generally sleeping a bit better (not last week, though, when in the travelodge rooms - they were so so hot!) so hopefully over the next few weeks I can catch up with myself!

Lots of "head stuff" going on too, which doesn't help of course, but is just all part of the process! I am having a therapy treatment this morning which I hope will help with some of that :)

    Thanks for the hugs x

You were thinking of others though, in that choice of holiday, and I am sure it was the perfect decision for your children and your dear autistic friend. Job done, now it's time to focus on you, which you are doing this morning.

    It'll all work out x.

Oh I have no regrets about doing that type of holiday - it was excellent value for money and we all had a great time - just tiring!

And yes, it will all work out, I am very sure of that.

Banking and scratches done - 20p today.....am always grateful for the extra pennies! Nothing unexpected to report in banking, which again, I am always grateful for!

Glad you're getting some me time this morning Hypno, and your totals look great.

I love reading everyones adventures in shred land, sounds too taxing for me after a c-section (do you think Gillian would accept that as an excuse? )but i'd love to start doing it later to get rid of the baby weight.(Baby is now upto 3lb 6, its v ironic that im trying to loose the pounds when im sitting by her incubator willing her to put on weight)

It is a wagon well worth getting back onto sally!

    Right.....plan time.....

It is just over 100 days until I am 40.....and I am therefore announcing my own 100 day challenge which is a great declutter challenge.

By the time I am 40, there will be NO clutter in my house. There, I have pledged it, so I will do it.

Those of you who have read my diaries for some time will know that I did a "declutter 10 items a day" thing a while back which worked really well (for a while).....so I am going to do a similar thing.

10 items a day will leave this house. If items come into the house (other than groceries), then I have to offset them against the amount going out, so there has to be a NET 10 items a day leaving the house one way or another.

A box of paperwork will only count as 1 item.....no ability to cheat by shredding 10 pieces of paper, or binning 10 envelopes. This has to be done properly.

Putting stuff on ebay or amazon doesn't count until it is actually packed up and at the post office.

So.....although I have just over 100 days available to me, I will start today because I need to give myself all the time that I can!!

Wish me luck - this is a mammoth task:rotfl:

Having had a c-section myself, I would say STAY AWAY FROM SHRED!

Do some proper post pregnancy yoga instead, once your wound has healed.....and not before!

Shred, for you, can wait for now!

Glad that the baby is putting on weight - 3lbs 6 is excellent, and I hope all is well xxx
