I'd love some fancy pans! I have wilko's "expensive" ownn brand range ones. They are fab though, I got them in november and the non stick is still perfect.
Jealous of you meeting Weezl, aless! I'd love to meet her and those gorgeous boys of hers.
S is being naughty today, he's climbing up on the side of the armchair and throwing himself off. Its a miracle he hasnt knocked himself out yet. I took him elsewhere to play but he remembered and went straight back  he just laughs at me if i tell him no!! I've never known such a hyperactive child, starting to get a little concerned about it as he never ever stops and his attention span seems practically non existant.Mummy to

Dora i was a beauty therapist many moons ago, can i give any advice?
Boots used to do a mascara wand applicator to dye eyelashes with. You can use the same stuff to do your eyebrows, just brush on/wipe off very quickly and repeat until its dark enough.Mummy to

SOSOSO jealous Aless, glad you had a lovely time.
Can't help with the beauty stuff, although the last item on my list was a face mask and I managed to get it done. Husband and Molly have gone off to the supermarket, we're having steak tonight nomnomnom.
We have expensive pans, Husband went to cooking school and is a kitchen implement snob. He was aghast when he saw the kitchen in my old place, the only non-Ikea item was my handmixer and the only spices on the shelf were salt, pepper, oregano and sage.

Thanks lovely, but once I have no glasses on I can't see a thing! Plus I'm so fair I know I'd end up looking like a clown as I've left it too long. This is why I get someone to do it for me.Mummy to D born 21/04/09 and S born 09/05/120 -
I've got a Scout on Thomas's Christmas list
I don't think there's any danger of it not knowing his name lol.
DH won't let me get a JumperooHe says it takes up too much room and we've got too much baby carp as it is lol. So I'm going to get a Hop n Pop instead. Watching a few on ebay that end tomorrow. My only concern is that it doesn't appear to be adjustable and T is tall so might grow out of it quickly. Doe anyone have one and can you tell me what height it goes up to?
I also have a gripe water question. The bottle says use within 2 weeks. Does anyone know why and would you use it after the 2 weeks?...
I'd use the gripe water passed 2weeks personally.
Dora - I wouldn't risk dying my own lashes or brows - what if it goes wrong :eek:0 -
Ah, i understand!!
I cant help there then - its a bit of a trekMummy to

Afternoon all.
We've had a busy day - allotment and the zooNow DH has gone to work, so we can have a grump free time until bedtime
I'm nackered today, so hoping I can get myself to bed not long after Izzy. I'm going to get my tea ready to cook (I'm going to have some grilled veg with some salad so I can make the salad and get the grilling bits under the grill, so I can just turn it on when she goes to bed) ... I can't justify eating something that isn't off the allotment today - anyone want any cucumbers. I have 15 in the fridge and 10 others that won't fit. I have a recipe for cucumber jam, so I think we will have to try that out!
Sounds like a lovely time Ladybird, sorry Izzy wasn't well. BTW, you're a dressmakey type of person aren't you? Do you take commissions?
I've not sewn anything for ages - I've bought some patterns and some fabric, so hopefuly I can make a start tomorrow night and see if i can still remember how to do it all!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009
