Think Lexi has a tummy bug, I changed 8 dirty nappies yesterday and looks as if were heading for the same number again today! She seems fine in herself and is still eating and drinking so we'll see.

In funnier news Joshua was playing with the dogs yesterday and getting them to 'sit' for a treat all of a sudden Lexi comes over and she's shouting 'sh*t sh*t' :o Oh dear! Iv asked Josh not to play that game for a while ....

  • LOL @ Lexi's new word!!

Might she have teeth coming Sparkle? Benjamin always poops loads when he has a tooth on the way - 'once an hour' so the CM tells me.

I am a lucky mummy, Benjamin does practically all his poops during working hours

The bag is good too :T I am a bit of a reusable bag snob and this one is perfect for me ;)

I used to be a carrier bag snob and that ended up with a collection of well over 2000 which are still in my mums attic!!

MFD i think that the way Charlie is just makes us laugh where as if any of the others done it i would have reacted differently (that sounds bad now i have put it down?)

Charlie is now away and i was speaking to one of the guys i worked with, he said they all miss me and there is a job going which he would make sure i got. I really wish i had my head together as i would be off like a shot! i know they treated me like crap but the girl that started it all isnt there any more and i do miss it. Oh and he asked me to go to a Ceilidh on friday!

Wow Susan I'm marveling at your level of organisation and wow u must have been extremely ill last time.
I was. I did more household jobs in the week after Alice was born than I did in two months before she was born. OH used to take time off from work to drive me to my midwife appointments which were 4-5 minutes walk away depending on how long it took to cross the road. He was even washing my hair for me. I am very grateful for the internet because it meant I could buy almost everything we needed for Alice online.

I'm not completely organised - I'm still short of five Christmas presents. I have got birthday presents for my brothers though. Last time it was their 21st birthday. I got OH to make some biscuits and then he made them birthday cards. He used felt tip pen to draw a picture of the biscuits he had made on the front - I was very embarrassed but fortunately they were both too polite to comment or complain.

  • Ooo - will you be able to go Caz? Would do you the world of good to let your hair down for the evening. xx

Som - she is beautiful! Is that her buggy? I thought it was her car seat and was thinking 'oh my, she needs to be strapped in tighter than that in the car' :o

That all sounds incredibly convenient Susan. If you don't mind my asking, do you have the six-month supplies because you were TTC or just because you do?
Because we were TTC. Although we already had good stocks of a lot of things already - some things we already happen to have more than a years worth anyway. I've just gone through everything and deliberately made sure we have a minimum of six months with everything we can. I figured that if I am ill then in January/February when OH doesn't have a lot of work we would be able to go through everything to see how much we'd used and then restock for another six months. I like to buy things in large quantities anyway because it saves work - if I bought one tube of toothpaste every time I needed one rather than say buying ten at a time, I'd have to always keep an eye on our stock level and I'd make ten times the number of trips to the toothpaste aisle and put toothpaste away in the cupboard ten times as often.
