Kindof, the move from naps in the rom with you to naps in the big cot is a hard one, but once you get used to it, it's fine. They seem to handle it great and it then means you get some time to yourself.0

No probs. Had it in my bag, so have sorted for posting. See how long that takes via "Airmail" :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
yes deffo ask for a refund, you should gt it too as she basically lied in the listing (can't think of the proper fancy words for that right now

LOL I've just had an apologetic email saying it must have fallen out of the box and was an oversight on her part. She's going to put it straight in the post :jMummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
Just had some good news :j
I've been really impatient after the valuer came to value the house on Monday (being shared ownership we have to sell at the official value, no higher or lower), and I rang the housing association as I couldn't wait any longer to find out what they had said. The nice lady there agreed to read out the value on the phone, and they've valued our house back at the same amount it was when we bought it nearly 5 years ago - this is a result as when we wanted to sell last year, it had apparently dropped by £12,000 and we couldn't afford to sell.
Looks like our house is going to be officially on the market!!!:jWorking hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

Bummer! I bought some last night before the reduced price.
What size are you on now MFD? We're still size 4. I got some 4+ a while back and they're huge on her.Is the tesco £12 school wear deal any good? (Jacket, trousers and 3 shirts/polo shirts). I'm just getting some for the boys.
I think the supermarket uniform stuff is all ok. We've had no problems with them, except I can't find boys trousers with proper buttons instead of those stupid metal clippy things. I got BHS ones last year and the metal clips fell off before October half term.
I've been this morning and ordered J's sweatshirts. The man at the shop said for an extra £1 he'll embroider his name discretely on the hem. What a fab idea - save them getting mixed up at PE/Swimming and us ending up with the old scabby ones.
I'm going to take L's school cardis/jumpers (which you can only buy from school ) up to him too as she's forever losing stuff.
We've found a playscheme for L this week. Its free :money:, and on every day 10-12 and 1-3, you can go as and when you want up until 20th August. We went and registered her today, and loads of girls from her school were there so i'm guessing i'll be spending the next two weeks ferrying her around.:beer:0 -
Asda trousers are terrible this year. DS1 ripped them within a week. DS2 has Mothercare ones because they don't have buttons, half elastic and adjustable waists.
Polo shirts are ok I guess. Still too good a deal to pass up.
Right, off to clean for Ambers birthday tomorrow.0
