SM - not smelly just busy entertaining Katie whilst DH wields the drill putting up the blind in her room - another noise she doesn't like.

Just read back and wondering if anyone has spoken to Tara to see what/who has upset her? I dont want to PM if she's upset and has already been bombarded IYSWIM.

Sorry for not saying I wasnt going to go, I did say I could only come if I could get my car sorted though. We have been dealt another money blow as of last week so I wouldnt have been able to come even had the car been in good nick! And it is 3 hours from here...!

Lovely to see you Weezl, and so good to hear Fergie is doing well! It sounds like he has a huge vocabulary now!

I have just skim read 15 pages so not a lot has sunk in TBH :o

Actually at work so only get to check every now and again...

Henry doesnt like the drill, hoover, mower and anything else thats loud which is probably why he didnt like the theatre yesterday and sat on my lap all the time.
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

Alice doesn't like drilling either - it makes her cry.

Actually, that reminds me. Ages ago, some people were talking about baby ear protecters for festivals. Where does one find such things? It would be really useful if I was able to use the food processor at times other than when Alice is not in bed and OH is at home to look after her.

Maz - Her least favourite noise in the entire world are hand dryers in public toilets. At Ikea today she had to stand in the middle of the room hands over her ears whilst I dried mine! Boy did I get some funny looks off other ladies!

SC - I would love to see the faces of ladies if I took Katie wearing ear defenders :rotfl:.

I just send Katie into the living room and blitz whatever it is as fast as possible - I then get a little voice saying "finished yet, mummy?"

Good day shopping. Got a black woollen wrapover top dress from Monsoon for £16.50 from £45 :money: Also got a big handbag (change bag) from H&M and a new cardi from there too.

Som was going to say the same about emailing the ebay seller.

I haven't - I thought about it but I wasn't sure whether to after she'd said "I know about the 'pm' messaging that goes on and am very umcomfortable with it."

    always its 12th x

fab, thanks SM, I've not missed it. Looking at trains for 12th, if I get a megastoppy train can do £11 day return from London - what time is everyone meeting and where?

Although can't be 100% certain as my uncle died on Saturday and don't know when/where his funeral is.
