Re your dog I've totally had days like that but unfortunalety they have been with my 5 yr old child
I still sometimes get days like that with my husband:rotfl:
It can be hard to adjust from being the centre of someone's attention to having to wait for it, and that's true of anyone. I think dogs, older children and husbands all need big hugs, occasional fusses made of them and jobs to keep them occupied.
Off to bed, I have a raging headache and we need to be up at balls o'clock in the morning. Goodnight loveliesOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I'm too impatient to wait for Jacket Spuds in the oven - oh and yesterday Jack played with the switch on the oven again and now it's working! He was obssessed with it but after a very stern face from me he stopped, am now wondering if he broke it in the first place.
Training day tomorrow and handing notice into creche. I actually feel bad doing it because I know they are putting the fees up to get rid of people so I'm letting them win really.
Good night SS - I think I'll join youA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Hi all,
Have just read back a few pages to catch up with everyone's news (and kinda wish I hadn't TBH :_()
I can't remember a lot - still got baby brain 13 months on but...
CAFC (I think, sorry if it wasn't you), Caitlin wasn't keen on tummy time, so it was just every so often until she got fed up of it (usually a few minutes). She was much happier when she could sit up. Only having a small amount of tummy time doesn't seem to have hindered her in anyway
MFD - I would consider going on holiday with my MIL and FIL but there would have to be clear ground rules (would make hubby tell them!). I'm going on hol with my parents and some wider family next month and we've already said that nobody should feel like they have to do something just because everyone else is, etc. I guess it will be slightly different for you though, as it sounds like it's just MIL, no FIL.
SM - I know you've been away, so don't know if you saw my message the other day saying that I was hoping to come next week but I'm not sure whether I can get the day off yet as my boss is on holiday and I won't see him until next Tuesday to ask, so it may be too short notice by then. I really want to come though (it's only £12 on the train) so am keeping my fingers crossed. Good look with your job applications.Krystaltips wrote: »I knew the bloke that knocked me up the first time when I was 13... He had a son and his wife left them both when the baby was 7 months old... I was maybe 14 by then... Anyway... There's a picture of me holding a baby and I think it might have been his son... (the wife can back and took him back about 9 months later...)
I read the first bit the same as 3 - that you were only 13 when he knocked you up
3 - I haven't commented on your "holiday" but have been reading everything that you, and others, have posted. I really hope that you get a good result0 -
