I have been meaning to ask you (and anyone really) what suncream you use for A & J. I have tried a couple of types with Benjamin and he seems to have a bit of a reaction on his face to them. One makes his eyes water and the other gives him little red spots.
I just always make sure Alice is suitably covered up with clothing. (Just mentioning so you have a back up option if you can't find a suncream which is okay - not because I think you should do what I do.)
Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.

    [QUOTE=Becles;

Has anyone heard of a balance bike before?g. She always takes sandwiches apart though, and eats the meat before

My brother is buying my niece one for her 3rd birthday later this month. It has no pedals and you push it with your feet, then hold your feet up to ride it. He said it's better as you don't need stabilisers.

The boys just had normal bikes. Josh was quite old before he got the stabilisers off (about 7-8) but James was only three and he could ride with no stabilisers.

Just wondering what the benefits of the balance bike are, as it seems very odd to me :o[/QUOTE]

There are two of those bikes reduced on Amazon...think they're supposed to be quite good for little ones

caz - yeay for going away and getting kittens :D I have lots of kitten names but to be honest there all quite personal, tho I did used to have a cat called ethel I think old lady names suit them for some reason lol.
The kittens are called 'mog' and 'blue' just now but i think blues name will change as i dont really like it lol! i will try to get pics up but they are really tiny! They were given away earlier than they should have been due to the owner having to move to Ireland as her husband cannot get a visa for over here but is allowed there? all confusing?

Nice and warm but windy, and rain on Wednesday. :(
Yes, but only if they're jazzy ones. :p
No jazy cardis here just boring ones lol!
Im glad im not the only one with a loud shouty baby! They can have competitions to see who is the loudest:eek:

Am nearly ready! have most things packed just a few bits for the iron first and then a quick trip for snacks in the morning! im excited but also nervous:o

We bought Charlie a balance bike as a lot of the children here have them and from what i have seen the children are all riding proper bikes from a younger age and are very stable! Charlie loves his and it means he can have fun without stressing over the pedals!

Glad you all had a good meet and i hope you find a beautiful house SS x

Despite being under strict instructions, Husband has managed to make a mistake when organising viewings. But I'm not too worried, it was one I didn't really love anyway... and I'm starting to doubt myself anyway. I've reorganised it just in case but I'm not really convinced we're doing the right thing just yet.
Do you mean about the whole relocating to the UK?

Kids will be at home with their dad and the kittens! Charlie still has nursery this week too which will help out a lot.

How are you feeling today Mel? did you get a sleep? x

    hello

    been lurking whilst in work.

Caz - don't be nervous! We are all lovely (if I do say so myself ;))
I need to find a jazzy cardigan! :(

Had to take J to the docs again today, he was so whingey from lunchtime yesterday and was coughing so much phlegm up it was making him gag and be sick :( He couldn't sleep last night so was in with us and just cried most of the night. They are adamant his lungs are clear and think it's because he's so snotty that it's going down his throat and giving him a sore throat/cough so we have an antihistamine to try and stop the runny nose. Not licensed for under 1's generally but he thinks it will help.

So, my baby will not be his usually shouty self - or rather he will but you won't hear him! :p

Looking forward to Wednesday and not just cos it's a day off work ;)
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?
