Thanks everyone for their comments. It's appreciated. I won't reply to all the congrats, but will thank your posts.
Ah but when you post on a public forum I didn't exactly leak it ;)

Good luck with the girls today!

I didn't think. For some reason I thought you all in the parents thread didn't get out much (of the thread) and I suppose someone pregnant such as yourself, would be in the pregnancy thread :o

We're taking the girls shopping/lunching and telling them when we are out. They have no idea :rotfl:
    Morning all

Congratulations MOTM and Lucy :T All the very best to you both.

I often notice when people aren't around so much and wonder what they're up to but never really comment as tbh I don't feel enough of a regular poster myself. Hmmm.

I also worry sometimes about not replying to everyone but I don't often have much to add to what others have said, I do thank though and I appreciate she sharing that goes on on this thread and look forward to hear how everyone is getting on.

I'm not up to much today anyway. Might make a start on decorations for the cakes I'm doing this week, might go to the gym, and might do some cleaning! (I know, very non-committal!)

We got a nice surprise in the post yesterday, we are apparently so poorly off that we are entitled to free prescriptions! No idea that was coming but got exemption cards for me and DH in the post yesterday. Mine lasts longer than my maternity exemption so good news all round.

Thanks....and I consider you a regular and valuable poster.

Enjoy the free prescriptions, if that's the right way of looking at it and enjoy what you might be doing today :D

MOTM – Contragulations to you and Lucy.

Firstly, don't you dare go anywhere (can you hear the manliness in that sentence? ;))

    (Manly hat off)

You are a valuable part of the thread and I wasn't here when the discussion happened with Glam, but I like you both, as do many users of this thread and you would both be a big loss should either of you ever decide to leave.

Their are users here I don't get on with and who don't like me. So what! Their are numerous users here that I do like and are always a good read and from the comments so far, it sounds like a big misunderstanding between you and Glam, which is not worth falling out over. Life can be trying enough without people on here falling out over a misunderstanding.

    (Manly hat back on)

So kiss and make up and start posting again.

    Please :)

And thank you for your congrats.

I know I get confused with posts sometimes cos of this
right off to tesco to get some nappies .. bit of a trip but worth it for cheap nappies ... catch you gorgeous lot later x
SM before you run off for nappies. I went to Tesco on Friday to get the BOGOF Active fit. Wigan one only had the size 4 on this offer. But then did have the boxes of superdry reduced from £12 to £10 in all sizes. Not sure if this is nationwide. But thought i should mention before you rushed off. Maybe Maz will know more?

Should be sizes 3-5+ although my 2 local 'Extra' Tescos neither had the 5+ although 3 carry packs for £12 is the next cheapest anyway... Only do comparison for Pampers Active FIt and Baby Dry but feel free to ask any time its always uptodate....dont have time to do Huggies/own brands on it but tend to make mental note of their prices anyway...

Edit: Fitz, wait, what? I'm still not sure what happened when I was away, but you're not judgemental at all and I can't believe people would think that of you.

Slighty off topic, I noticed a post about jet lag - how was your break?

Sorry Maz, my mistake, £10 boxes were Pampers Babydry. Didn't look too hard at it all. I usually work out the cheapest option for the most nappies, but as OH was paying for once I just picked up the box. But definately no BOGOF stickers on the other sizes just a 2 for £x amount.

Congrats to you MOTM and Lucy - good luck telling the girls, I'm sure they will all be fine... even more reason for you to post more on here as we will all be 'adoptive' aunties to your newborn you know that dont you

I'll let the girls know they have numerous aunties to run too when I don't give them what they want......they'd actually love that if you all lived close :rotfl:

I agree with the rest of your post as well. This thread is very useful to alot of people - info, support and light heartedness.

People will naturally fall out as everyone is of different character - some quiet, some in your face and some inbetween, just like anywhere in life, but we're all here for the same reason - our beloved kids.

Bad mummy moment - my mother just sent me a FB instant message asking something that took a couple of minutes to reply to. I was feeding Molly but she was getting antsy so I left her in the high chair while I replied. I turned back and she's fast asleep and snoring in the chair :rotfl:

:j Is this date definite now? I need to arrange transport ( I don't feel brave enough to drive as I have never been to Birmingham before :o) If I got a train is anyone OK to meet me at the station? :o

Glam, your post earlier didn't match my recollection and I went back and read the whole sorry debacle. I won't bring up details and she-said she-saids - in the hopes of avoiding any future flames - but I really think you mis-interpreted Fitzio's posts and that a lot of this mini-drama has centred around people misunderstanding other people's posts and text being a dangerous communication medium.

It might be worth re-reading now that there's some distance to see how it all came about, if it's bothering anyone.

Also I am selfish because I really like Fitzio and Glam's posts (maybe this means I like *them*? :o).

^^^^^^ I agree with everything he said ^^^^^
Does that mean I like you Bruno :o(I do actually shhhh)

I can meet anyone at the station!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

To be honest I worry that we are getting to a point where so many subjects have to be tiptoed around and I am starting to think hard before I post.

    Me too :o

Sorry, Man In The Moon, I forgot to say congrats - she is a braver woman than I am - no way would I intentionally try for a child in such a new relationship :o. That isn't meant as a criticism at all btw, just an observation! Good luck telling the girls :D
