Good set of questions Jenny... relying on the state nursery hours from 3+ makes some difference I guess... we are having second baby in December and I am being enraged at the moment because I can't work out how to pay for some childcare without just eating through savings
I'd think second baby would be more reason to have first child in a nursery
But yes, don't forget tax relief and credits stuff will go up when paying for childcare and when not working! Good luck making it work
Aless, I think lots of others manage by not living in London(!)
Congrats to you and your OHMommy to Elliot (5) and Lewis (born xmas eve 11!)0 -

I would so loved to have been a fly on the wall when they found out! What were their faces like? What did they say?Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -

Bruno - how funny of E to do that, especially at such a young age!
Well done SM, how does Philip feel about it? Is he pleased to be sharing, or was he happy as things were?

We were supposed to go to my friend's little girls 4th birthday today but me and Jamie stayed at home. Poor little thing has been in pain all day with his last 4 teeth I think
.
My sister took Poppy though and she had a wonderful time (and Jamie was a bit brighter when she came home with his huge party bag).

Evening everyone!
Tara it looks like you had a wonderful day! Congratulations lady!!!
We have had a lovely weekend at MFD towers. My boy continues to amaze me. I guess I notice it so much more at the weekend because I don't see him all day every day throughout the week. Today he put the carton of milk back in the fridge for me and he has been singing 'row row row da ba' whilst pushing and pulling me backwards and forwards :A
Hope everyone is well xxplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I can't believe it wasn't a professional photographer who took those photos, Tara. They are stunning- as are your family. You look very beautiful in your dress.
Hugs for Jamie, SB.
Can anyone explain to me why my little boy is now suffering all the classic teething signs but his first tooth is through. He had nothing when it first appeared. Is it a sign that more are on their way, or something to do with this one?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
