Happy Birthday to everyone else - including my friend little girl who is 2 and my CM's youngest who is 3



Hammy - I missed the chicken pox chat yesterday but I hope David is doing okay. It did cross my mind that it is a relief that it it CP and not such a horrific reaction to the formula. CP will go but a blister reaction to milk had me really worried.
(hope that makes some sense) x


SJ - isn't it about 5 or 6 months that they start to realise that they are 'separate' from you IYSWIM? Do you get the babycentre emails? I always found those a useful resource and you can read forward a month to see if your baby is doing something that they talk about next month...

Csh - there is a Comet Clearance website where you can bid on items:

There is also a Comet Clearance shop in North Glasgow. It sells ex display models and things like that. Not sure where else they are.

We bought our fridge from comet clearance. Very happy with the service and price.

Rain, rain, rain here. Supposed to be picnicking but we've moved to the Ikea cafe. Still be nice to see mummies and babies as we've been a bit anti-social of late!

I've not bought from Comet clearance no... But I do live close to one of their shops... We looked in when we were after a new tumble drier but weren't too impressed with the prices considering they were seconds...

We ended up buying from electrical123 in the end... It's something to do with the co-op I think... Service was good anyway, had the washer and dryer from them...

Im seeing my sister today for the last time in a while. She's leaving for Pontins on Thursday
But i have looked up some chea holidays so we can go and visit her

She has a friend that owes her £40, and is now ignoring all her phone calls and avoiding her :mad:


Lily was being so lovely this morning, she was rolling around on the floor talking to herself and grabbing toys. Then she fell asleep holding my finger :happyhear

Hugs Hammy - if it helps, Freddie woke up at 4am and refused to settle, so I've been up since then. He wouldn't even let me sit down, so I had to settle for pacing around the living room to keep him quiet. :mad: I feel like we're going backwards at the moment
