Have a lovely holiday 3 I'll see you when you get back.

Right T has just finished a huuuge feed so hopefully will go 4hrs (or more) so I am off to bed.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Hope you get on ok at the doctors tomorrow Mel xx

Sorry to hear about Hammy's D. That sounds nasty. Hope he feels better soon xx

Hope tomorrow goes ok Ladybird. That can't be an easy visit - take care xx

Beenie - I've got about 3-4 disposable swim nappies that I found when I was having a clear out the other day. If they're any use, PM your address to the fairies ;)

Had a lovely day. Dad really enjoyed his meal and his presents and he loved the cake Charlotte made for him.

The steak was beautiful. For North East people - Premier Meats on the Team Valley is well worth a visit. I've had a number of things from there and the quality of the meat is far superior to the supermarket, but comparable in price.
Here I go again on my own....

OMG don't be silly, you are going to have enough to do tomorrow. I can wait till you are back....

We're not leaving til 12ish, and it's not totally out of our way.
And I think from the sounds of it, Tea might need to be held close so you can get on with life! When V was new, and needing holding constantly, the sling was the best invention ever! OH was a bit horrified to come home from work to see me making chips in the chip pan with V attached to my front!
It is surprising how quickly you get used to catering for allergies though. Between us and my parents we have 1 vegetarian (me - easy as I will eat anything so long as it is vegetarian - if it comes to it I'll go make myself a sandwich, I'm not fussed ;) ), 1 sugar alergy (my mum - not diabetes, but allergic to sugar properly... so no bread from the shop as it has a teeny bit of sugar in, no to any fruit that is sweet, but she can eat gooseberries and rhubarb without sugar - ick.) and DH can't eat chillies and peppers, and can't have tomatoes without having a tablet first. We have come to the conclusion that multiple options are the way forward. Even worse when my parents most frequent dinner guests come to dinner - add one banana allergy (him) and one coeliac (her). Blimey. (Reading back that wasn't meant to be a big whinge, more to reassure you that you will get used to the restrictions, and they will become a normal part of life that you take in your stride!)

That sounds nightmareish! I moan about cooking when OH doesn't like most veg!, if I had all of those allergies to deal with i'd just give up!

Has SS been back to tell us why she's in the corner, i'm worried!

I'm hungry! Normally, we don't eat until 8-9 when the children are in bed. But, at weekends, we eat together at tea time. I made roast dinner today, which we had at 5. The problem is, now we're both starving! :(

Mel don't even worry about it, you've got plenty going on!! I've been offered oads of nappies hehe, pigpen can i have your one please? It shouldn't need a disposable if it's a reuseable, i wouldn't bother for the sake of 20 mins or whatever we end up doing lol. I will PM you.

That IT guy is rather strange, he's been emailing me all day and he's harsh!! And also a little arrogant!

I'm just lurking in the corner, collecting dust bunnies... nothing's wrong.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to distract from the issues at hand this evening. But Hammy, I was thinking and when I was a kid I had some serious allergies and my diet was cut back to incredibly bland stuff and new things were introduced one at a time. Would it help to do that with yours and see how David goes on?

I've been in a corner the last hour as DH and I have been narrowing down our caravan choice for next year's holiday.

I think a decision has finally been made!

Just need to earn and save the pennies to pay for it now.

Hope you get a good sleep Mel.

Beenie - I've found that some IT guys can be arrogant at times, it's cos they think they have more brain power than normal mortals as they understand computers better.

Don't know if they mean to be arrogant, it's like DS, he's at ease with a computer as it doesn't talk back but people, they're scary!
