Sami, Becles, MDW, SB, anyone with a 2-3yo -

Do your kids still have milk in the morning (first thing) and at bedtime ?

Getting mad in this house Henry gone off milk at above times and even William going off formula since starting food... 5 oz morning bottle, 3oz in afternoon and 7oz at Bedtime...do I have strange boys?
not had milk in the morning for about 1yr, he only has it now if he asks or maybe if he's having toast for bfast. There has only been ONE day in the last 3yrs+ that he has gone to be without having milk first tho

I've just been watching a program on IPlayer that I missed due to watching the news.

I think I'm off too as I've got swimming in the morning and need to leave for 8.45am. Plus DH is sat at the other end of the sofa snoring his head off.

Maz - that was DH last night, no room at the inn, serves him right for coming to bed at 2am.

Tara/SM - I use mysupermarket.co.uk to get over the issues of complicated sites, then I get to see how much my shop would be in 4 different shops. I usually have a heart flutters at the cost of Ocado.

I've not idea what the temperature has been here today, but it's very stuffy, it'll be windows open, blind raised and fan on to try and get some air movement.

    Night Night everyone.

Beenie - I forgot to say well done for taking the first step to doing something you want to do. Make sure you stick at it - I am a total drop out and it's always a huge regret later.

I thought Tia was operating in disguise when I found an MSE'r called amberviolet:

I think that is your DD's full name isn't it? She joined in 2006 though so unless you were planning ahead, I decided it wasn't you after all.

I had more to say to people, but I am just not taking anything much in. Holly is still loaded with the cold, but I did have a better sleep last night as only had to get up 3 times and a quick cuddle settled her each time. We had a lovely lunch out with 2 of my friends and she was on really good form, being very cute (waving, clapping & shaking her head on demand) and smiley, and definitely saying "Elmo"! I think she is ok sitting upright - it's just when she leans forward to crawl that her nose starts streaming!

Anyway, I am off to bed now in case it's not as good tonight. Sunday is my long lie though! :T Night all. xx

P.S. SJ - My friend thinks she recognises your surname but can't place your DH or his brother. She asked her friend too, who also knew the name but nothing more. Oh well!

    Hmmm - Men!!

I know we aren't talking, but why is it that every night I go to bed at a reasonable hour, say, 10/11ish dh ends up coming up at all hours....Yet tonight because T is fast asleep on the sofa, i decide to lay on the other one and can't move her now as she will most likely wake up, he goes up to bed at 11ish?? he never goes to bed that early! I am really annoyed and a bit upset tbh:( He obviously can't stand coming to bed with me....I think I will just stay down here all night now.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

Wow EA. I didn't let DH near me till last month (mind you I did have all the stitches in the world ;) ). I'm sure it will take your body a little while to get back into a regular cycle again. Try to relax about it all (easier said than done I know), as getting stressed isn't going to help you at all. You've still got lots of time to have a small age gap :)

Hey ladybird, do you have any tips for getting the 'romance' back? I'm still breastfeeding so that might be the problem but I think I'm really trying OH's patience at the mo. Every time he tires (and he tries a lot) I just can't face it. Will check for replies tomorrow :o off to bed now to melt in bed due to the heat :(

Jenny. You really do have to just grin and bear it the first few times. It's one of those things that you just gotta do a few times before you enjoy it properly again. With the bf, buy a really nice bf bra and keep it on if your worried about milk dribbles. Some folk like it others don't! I also found that I had to initiate it because if he tried I just didn't want it. Think it was a control thing. I felt better knowing I was in control from the start. If he initiated it it felt like I was giving in? Oh and lots of lube too. And it will feel strange the first time your body has changed everywhere.
