:eek:After last months... issue, DH has handed in his samples, only 14 months late, and has been given the big OK! No more babies for me! Although... knowing my luck

TD, try curries. Go to the store, I've found that by looking online then going in I can get them to knock a few bob off and it works out cheaper, especially if you don't need it delivered, can you get it in a car or a van?

Oh and also my car is off to be fixed next week! Woohoo for lubed up gears! (I was sniggering when the mechanic was explaining that he's going to remove the cables and lube up my tubes, DH was disgusted with me...):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:He pumps as much lube through my tubes as he can *sniggersnort*

Sorry buttons, I didn't want to say because it sounds like scare mongering but I wasn't meaning std's. Pelvic inflammatory disease, endrometerius and polyps etc can cause it so it's best to get it checked. Mist likely it's just a hormone imbalance caused by stress but your GP should know about it anyway.

I forgot to say. I've been sending ds2 to school with a packed lunch found out today he will get free lunches this year! Great because he will eat a cooked dinner better than a packed lunch.

Thanks for fireplace advice all. I think we will explore various options to see what works best! There's 1 in each bedroom plus in the lounge. They're all functional, but realistically I can only see using the lounge one on a regular basis, so happy to fit the other 2 with a semi-perm solution for the whole winter...but want it to be mildly aesthetically pleasing, you know? Someone on OS suggested polystyrene, but no idea where I'd find big blocks of it :p. (oh Jenny, thanks for warning about damp...didn't know that!)

I'm happy because we now have Freesat :D. The installation people unexpectedly were in the area so came over at lunchtime and did it in 15 minutes :T. I've just popped to the pub (lol) to use the free Wifi as I found a super job ad this morning and wanted to e-mail off the application as soon as possible. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the flat, so MEGA fingers crossed I get an interview, pleeeeeeeeeeeease. I match all the person specs and it's a decent pay! :T (hard to find these days, seriously)

And I just booked my appointment to get my Indefinite Leave to Remain, wooohoooo. Now I just need to find the test certificate that is someone amidst 100 pieces of paper all lumped together while moving!

Okay, Finn's being exceptionally noisey in the pub so time to head off.
top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

would like to win a holiday, please!!

Aless I'd try freecycle/freegle for polystyrene I guess - you usually get decent sized blocks in flat pack furniture but still would need quite a few *ponders*

BM - does she have a green house? no idea what they cost but you can get those small plasticy ones from wilkos I think this sort of thing? http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/7202007/c_1/1|category_root|Garden+and+DIY|14418702/c_2/3|cat_15701041|Sheds%2C+greenhouses+and+storage|14418827.htm

Eewww Edgar has been wanderign around the lounge with my bottle of water for a couple of mins then squirted a load on me/the sofa while handing it back - theres about the same amount in it as when he took it - clearly it is now 10% baby spit tho _pale_

The postman's just been and said 'Thank God your in, that package has been driving me daft laughing or crying or whatever noise it's making!' I've opened it and it's a nuby hugs & tickles lion from there fb comp the other day. It giggles REALLY loudly when you press it's foot and Isla seem's to love it. She's currently shrieking and giggling along with it :rotfl:

Thats probably the parcel I need to go and collect from the delivery office tomorrow... its good a few of us won....William in the Sept photo comp as well as another Lo from here :rotfl:

Sami, other place to look for dryers is on Comet clearance website as they sell ex display etc ones dirt cheap...(some have the odd scratch but thats about all.

Well done Amber - think William will be there soon.
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
