I'm beginning to miss Katie now, she's been gone most of the day, I've only seen her for about 30 minutes today, even then my head hurt too much to do much with her

EA - Fingers crossed.

SJ - I'm like you can't tell how long my cycle is going to be, it has settled down since having Katie though.

If you dont mind me asking, how long were you ttc for? I think i saw your pregnancy announcement on the ttc 12m+?

I had bought the cheapy sticks but gave up using them as I only every got -ves and it's no surprise really. I was way too irregular to get any use out of them We were trying for about 15 months. I REALLY hope it's quicker next time.

For the first time ever, I did the Mammy's race. Didn't win, but I'd never had the bottle to do it before, so it was a big thing for me.

Becles, well done to you and James! I always lost the running with bean bag on head race. I used to look up to see if it was balanced and it always fell off :rotfl:

To be honest actually, we were very lucky to conceive when we did, as it was the day after I'd got back from Oz where I'd been for a month without DH. So if I'd ovulated any earlier it would have been too early and we'd have missed it and might have had another 2 or 3 months before I ovulated again!

The trouble I found with being so irregular, other than difficulty planning, was that I might only ov 4-6 times per year, severely limiting conception chances

All that said though I still do feel lucky that we were able to conceive naturally after some doubt that we would, and I know a lot of people have it much harder than we do

DH is on the xbox and i cba to persuade him to turn it off so i can record it.

I thought that too! I swear pics of my stretch marked saggy stomach would put a few teenagers off having sex!

yes C4. Nothing we don't already know, as is very basic. But annoyed that the 4 children woman had a flat tummy and no stretchmarks. Grrrrrrr...if u want to scare teenagers into not getting pregnant, show them a saggy tummy with a road map like mine!
