Main point is how the heck is a blue badge going to help?

Closer to car = can get into car quicker and go straight home.

    Talk about being judgemental!

I think Ash has mentioned stuff about having physical disabilities that make walking painful; so may get HRM and blue badge that way.

And drive home having a MELTDOWN?
Blue badges are for DISABLED people and I would say you were able bodied and therefor should not get one.

You are so ignorant! Mental health problems ARE a disability.

i am very sorry for your situation and i hope the person who did this to you is locked away for a ery long time and my next comment does not make light of that situation....
i think you should learn to drive it will give you alot of freedom...
BUT...i 100%belieive you dont need a blue badge for this hiding in a car is not the answer the money should be better spent on helping you through couceling......

that was what 5 years ago he still lives in the same town, and i never had the heart to report it have asked next door neighbour who is a officer and havd a chat few weeks ago about it but atm iam just not strong enough ,

as for councilling the wait is 17 months in my area but iam so scared of my mental health going to pot which iam sure it will more stress iam under worse i get, i have a dog thats my life and to lose her would make my life not worth living iam to scared of losing her by being admited to a unit if i did go down this route

blue badge is for my mental health, under my learning disabity of dyslexia and disbracia for my buspass and the issues BB i have at walking this was asked for letter yesterday of doctor and he was happy to do this for me so time will tell if i get this but will also for dla to

So what if your in the supermarket and the car is in the multi story car park few hundred meters away and something triggers it? Your car cant help you there.
What if you are driving down the motorway at 70mph and something triggers a MELTDOWN. What then?

because i no what my triggers are, the area it was i can avoid by going a different route, and being pinned down which is physical or the guy which is somewhat unlikly
