Yes it is! With little bits of embroidery at the shoulders and on the end of the belt too. I do quite like it and the kids liked it too. Just OH who couldn't keep a straight face...

I quite like the sound of mshelsbels bag! A bit more interesting than some t-shirts at least. i asked OH what he thought of the green dress I was wearing today and he couldn't stop himself from laughing. I strongly suspect my initial feeling on it looking like a cleaners uniform are correct and perhaps I should not wear it out of the house. very comfy though, and at least I got a jersey dress I can wear for work. I'm still looking forward to my next bag, eternal optimism rules!!

I thought her bag sounded nice too. I believe that the heavy skirt she recieved is the same as the one I sewed up. It looks so much better on. I've teamed mine with a vest, beads, and flip flops, and have had a few compliments on how nice it is.

I'll bet your dress is nice. Mum said she recieved a stripey green dress. She liked it, but it was too small for her, so hopefully it will fit me. I haven't seen it though.
  • It'd be quite good if we could all have a kind of "swap shop" style thing where we could swap the things we don't like from our bags for something we did like from someone else's...save wasting things that way!

Well I don't know what came over me, but I ordered a goody bag last Thursday. I don't think I can complain about the contents in all fairness because £30 between four items is a big discount on their prices.

That said, why on earth did I pay for stuff that I didn't choose?

    Aargh..... will of butter

Poor you. :( I've been mostly lucky. I like recieving clothes that I wouldn't normally look at sometimes, but if they don't fit, perhaps an exchange might work. Also you only recieved 4 items, and on their website it does state 5 items, or more.

It might be worth giving customer services a ring, and see what they say.

It does say four or five items on the People Tree site now, not 5 or more. So it's worth checking the offer that's available on the day you order.

The email that was sent a few days ago definitely said 5 items or more.
So worth phoning/emailing, I would say!

For those that have sent their goody-bags back, did you need a return number? Or did you just send it back to the address they gave you?

Its definitely saying 5 or more on their main page (today), see here. Its only when you click on the Goody Bag link (now) that you get the 4-5 items message. I was sent a card through the post stating 5 items or more. I would take it up with customer services, as its confusing.

    I was thinking this too!

I got three T-shirts in my bag which are perfectly nice and a nice fit, just not my style. So if anyone would like any organic cotton t-shirts in size 14 (two grey, one yellow) then let me know!
