does anyone know if they deliver on a saturday? i ordered mine on the 17th and still waiting. do they send an email when it has been dispatch?

It comes via royal mail so they probably do deliver tomorrow. I didn't receive a dispatch email, I ordered on the 14th and received mine yesterday (22nd).

I've had goody bags delivered on a Saturday, so you may get a nice surprise! Delivery can take up to ten days though.

There aren't any other emails (apart from the initial order confirmation).

My goody bag arrived this morning! I got a royal blue plain short sleeved t-shirt dress, a green grandad shirt dress/tunjc with belt, a black long sleeve t-shirt, a green t-shirt and a cream vest top. I am a 12-14 and ordered a 12. The dress and tunic fit great but the t-shirts are too small. guess I'd better lose some weight! On the whole i'm not sure about this order. The blue dress is plain and looks quite nice on, the shirt dress is not something i would wear normally and I don't really like it. The t-shirts are good quality but too tight. Can't decide whether to send it back or lose a bit of weight so the t-shirts fit. I think it's probably worth the £30 but like a poster above, I am a bit disappointed about the plain contents and most of it being jersey. Think I got on the goody bag bandwagon too late this time to get a decent selection! I'm still tempted to order a 14 though!

Feeling particularly gutted now as their website has a huge front page goody bag banner with a washing line hanging up 5 gorgeous pieces of clothing - a long way removed from the type of items I got. Am really disappointed.

My order (size 10) came this morning and I have to say I'm really disappointed with it
I got 5 items....

• A red v-necked T shirt (this is the best item and the only thing I'd probably wear), very much on the short side.
• A mustard and army green patterned tunic with mustard soft belt - its ENORMOUS and the colours are awful.
• A very heavy herringbone dark burgundy 'A-line' style floor length skirt. Its very very heavy and fully lined, but not at all to my taste and very wintery!
• Dark blue 'Ramie' trousers which are too short and are like cardboard, really could stand up by themselves!
• A black cotton 'A-line' skirt , calf length - a bit gothic perhaps, but not a good length as it just sticks out!!

I know its a bit of a gamble really, and normally they have some fab things on their website, but compared with all the light and summery things everyone got mine seems really dark and wintery!
Does anyone know if I can send the whole lot back?

Good luck with all of yours - lets hope you get lovely beaded silky things amongst it all!

Yes, you can send it back, and exchange it.

Mum recieved hers the other day, and liked hers (phew!), although 2 items were too small. She is keeping the too small items for either me, or my sisters to have.

Be warned, it does say on the goody bags page that they are not refundable, but you should be OK if you say you are returning them under the Distance Selling Regulations and do so within 7 working days of receipt.
