Hi all, received my (size 12) goody bag today. Anyone else ridiculously excited when opening?
    Anyway, I got 6 items (!)...

    - the tunic with triangles on it in green (it's lovely but quite big)
    - a yellow vest top, has lovely knot detail on the straps (lovely fit too)
    - a red and white print short tunic top (a bit big but very nice)
    - a cream top with puffy short sleeves (doesn't suit me at all, ebay!)
    - a beaded necklace (love it)
    - black trousers! quite surprised to get these. They are a lovely style, and who doesn't need black trousers? But they are massive, more like a 16. I ordered a 12 because I'm usually a 12-14 especially with trousers so I'm surprised by how big they are.

Overall I'm really impressed with this goody bag and it's a great offer, even though most of my items were of the 100% cotton variety, no silk here! The quality is lovely and I love the fact that it's all Fairtrade cotton. I will be ebaying the cream top and trousers and keep the rest.

I won't order another one this time but I would definitely look out for the winter goody bag if they do it.

Thanks OP for this great offer. :)

My green stripy dress is growing on me. i put it on once I'd decided to keep the bag and actually now I think it's alright. On balance, the bags do seem to be worth the money but it does seem strange that some bags seem to be full of pretty clothes whereas others are all plain. Hope I get a pretty bag next time!
  • All this talk of the goody bags has finally tempted me enough to give in!!

I'm looking forward to receiving my bag now...hope it's as lovely as some of yours!

    Thanks OP.

Just received my two replacement items (in two separate packages) as both my bags had an item in the wrong size in it and very disappointed that both packages have the same orange vest (with triangles) in it especially since this shirt was already in my 2nd goody bag... Think I'll send them an email to nag, they could have at least sent the shirt in a different colour.

I often find myself wearing different things from what I'd normally buy, with goody bags. From my 2nd bag, I have sewn up the faulty zip on the burgundy skirt, and although I wouldn't have looked at it twice, it looks great on.

Im so sad, I ordered my goody bag on the 13th and it still hasnt arrived, I keep logging on here to find everyone else is getting theirs and Im not. Bet if and when it does arrive it will be full of the horrible dregs left at the back of the sale cupboard or the stuff people have sent back for being hideous :(

I'm scared of this too! Thinking about ordering two bags and sending the worst one back but I know i'll be gutted if they're both duff. Just had a really disappointing asos sale shop, received 150 worth of sale goods and am sending every single thing back!

My order (size 10) came this morning and I have to say I'm really disappointed with it :(
    I got 5 items....
    • A red v-necked T shirt (this is the best item and the only thing I'd probably wear), very much on the short side.
    • A mustard and army green patterned tunic with mustard soft belt - its ENORMOUS and the colours are awful.
    • A very heavy herringbone dark burgundy 'A-line' style floor length skirt. Its very very heavy and fully lined, but not at all to my taste and very wintery!
    • Dark blue 'Ramie' trousers which are too short and are like cardboard, really could stand up by themselves!
    • A black cotton 'A-line' skirt , calf length - a bit gothic perhaps, but not a good length as it just sticks out!!
I know its a bit of a gamble really, and normally they have some fab things on their website, but compared with all the light and summery things everyone got mine seems really dark and wintery!
Does anyone know if I can send the whole lot back?

I quite like the sound of mshelsbels bag! A bit more interesting than some t-shirts at least. i asked OH what he thought of the green dress I was wearing today and he couldn't stop himself from laughing. I strongly suspect my initial feeling on it looking like a cleaners uniform are correct and perhaps I should not wear it out of the house. very comfy though, and at least I got a jersey dress I can wear for work. I'm still looking forward to my next bag, eternal optimism rules!!
  • Is your green dress the one that ties at the waist and has pinstripes? If so, I got that dress and love it! It's one of the few items I didn't sell on ebay.

My ebay sales all finished and I didn't make back anywhere near the money I spent on goodybags. Oh well, I wish I'd known I could send them back!
