Can anyone tell me if you have to call them before you return the goody bag? What's the 'Distance Selling Regulations' all about? I cant see anything about it on their website.
    Thanks in advance
    Hels

I think if you call them they'll tell you that you can't return it so I wouldn't do that! You need to write to them or email them telling them that you want to cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations - as soon as possible (and within 7 working days). Then you need to return it at your own cost.
  • I've just ordered my first goody bag, hope there's some nice items in it :)

Blimey....we should have a swap shop really!
I think its going to cost £4.50 to return.

I stuffed it in the same box it came in as I didn't have anything else to hand ... guess anything safe would be OK to cut the packaging down ...

Note: Mine hasn't actually been acknowledged as received by the post office or People Tree yet :(

oh gawd I got mine today and it's going to have to go back - I assumed return postage would be free! :o Not used to buying clothes for myself online.

My size 8 bag contained a nice mixture:
Black minidress with ruffle neck - bit too short (and rather tight) on me!
Plain white t-shirt - a bit see-through but fits OK as an under-tshirt
Green collar-less shirt - not really my colour and a bit tight on the shoulders but quite nice
Patterned skirt - really lovely and a nice fit
Royal blue beaded necklace - it's the one the website reduced to £10 - can't see myself wearing it.

Just scared if I exchange for a size 10 bag I won't get anything I like - it's gonna cost a fortune to keep sending them back!
