I'm really spoiled. I have lots of treats and good things in my life. I really try hard to remember to be grateful for everything though.

My favourite treat is probably the house to myself, a good book, a pot of tea, and half a box of Guylian Extra Dark Seashells with 74% cocoa and extra antioxidants.

I joined Lovefilm a few months ago as a treat for myself and that's pretty good too.

My son buys me a magazine subscription every year for mothers day or my birthday and hearing that plop onto the mat once a month is a great treat as well.

I'm not massively into clothes so having everything I need and not having to think about clothes, or go shopping for them is my treat.

Pampering is work to me! I find all the girly jobs we have to do a bit like the Forth bridge - but I do love make up. It stems from having had bad skin for many years and learning to cover it and detract from it with bold eye make up or statement lips etc. The transformational power of make up is still a wonder to me and I really enjoy that part.

Going to get my eyebrows threaded is a great treat too - not because it's fun, but because they look so much better afterwards! :D
