Yes - me too. I can see the sale prices but they appear full price when I add them to my basket.

Hi thanks for the replies. I have just realised whats wrong. I looked back at my email to confirm the slot time and it says log in betwen 7pm-11pm but after that it also says if you do not add an item to your basket within 20mins you will be logged out automatically

Jeepers, I did my order then the whole lot got wiped and I got an error message telling me to phone - rang and it said the wait was 5 mins, actually it was 10, then fair bit had gone out of stock and loads more is 4-5 days. I told her I couldn't find a way to see electricals so she said she'd transfer me then cut me off!!!!

Funny thing is on 3G it accesses the site great An quick for me, on wireless it's hangs......weird. I think everyone should try via 3G on their iPhones lol

Omg I ordered on the phone but thought I'd just check the delivery charges after reading on here. I've been charged 8 times :eek: I'd advise everyone to check their account!

how long did it take til it showed as mine shows nothing no orders either getting worried as no email confirmation either

just checked mine and thought it'd be ok as i did 2 orders and the email confirmations only had one delivery charge on each, but on website it's got me down for 4 delivery charges!

I rang up at about 1 minute after 7. Not everything is listed, but it says it gets updated 3 times a day & not to worry if items aren't showing yet.
