I've said in the past that there was a problem with the site (not exactly lying!!!) and that I had to check out however many times but as my items were delivered together did I have to pay more than 1 P&P charge? They refunded 1 and I paid 1.

and I usually phone when I've received my order. Hope this helps.

I managed to order at 7 with quickshop, only a couple of items oos:D
Then did a second order page by page which took ages and was sooo slow, stick with it though!
Will they ring before delivering as have always been in before but now working and there was no time for delivery?? Just don't want to miss it!

I tried quickshop but for some reason when it added the things to my basket it put all the wrong prices on them! Might have to start all over again and do it the long way instead of quickshop.

And now the site is down - great! You'd think they'd plan for the high site traffic, it's not like they didn't expect high demand....

My courier leaves a card with her phone number if Im out when she tries to deliver. I just give her a call & we arrange a time for her to come back.

9-11pm slot. Just placed my order using quickshop on Firefox with no problems other than being slightly slow.

I guess it depends on your courier, mine is great and leaves all my parcels in the garage. If you have your courier's telephone number why not give him/her a call and ask if they'll leave it somewhere? (I've done this in the past). I've never had a call before delivery.

Anyone else checked their accounts? I've just checked mine and they've put four lots of delivery charges onto my account!
I've ordered items recently but only to store (we don't pay for delivery to store do we?) and I ordered 26 items tonight in one go.
I'm not going to contact them until it turns up though.

I have six delivery charges!!!:eek::eek: I did do 3 separate orders, but charging me 6 times is a bit wrong!!
