Hi, yes I used quick shop and I did it in just one order. Quick shop worked great initially, processing quickly then 30 mins into the session it just locked up on a major major go slow. It took me 40 minutes to add the last 15 items I wanted. I did try and check out, but at that point the page would not load. Then, by about 8.35 it all seemed to reseolve itself and work quickly again. Probably as peak traffic had passed. I was flapping as I could see stuff going OOS in my quickshop list while trying to add to basket and I thought lots would have been OOS that had already added - a couple were, but nothing too dramatic.
If I was doing it again I think I may have split my order in 2 - ordering priority stuff first and trying to get that checked out ASAP.0 -
Well I finished...just before 9pm - madness compared to previous sales. Probably 20% of what I wanted was out of stock so not too bad. Won't be putting in a complaint though....dont' want to lose whatever secret VIP tick I have against my account!!! LOL
Hope the 9pm slots go a bit more smoothly - the site has chilled out a bit in the last 20 mins.0 -
Phew got the 2 dresses ordered 1 due 2-4 weeks so not very hopeful but the other should be here for my hols next week woohoo!:jIm now a Mrs woohoo :j0

So for those who have done multiple orders and have a few delivery charges, what is it you say to customer services so you only are charged the one P&P? and when is the best time to phone about it? don't fancy doing it tonight!!0

I had problems from about 8.30 onwards but I think it was to do with quickshop, as soon as I stopped using quickshop I managed to get all my items in the basket and check out no problem. So have now placed 5 orders totalling just over £1000:eek:
Got a TV, camera, a rug & matching cushions 2 chairs for my bedroom, a few bits for the kids & a couple of bits for me and dh.Born and bred in Manchester (proud of it)

I've said in the past that there was a problem with the site (not exactly lying!!!) and that I had to check out however many times but as my items were delivered together did I have to pay more than 1 P&P charge? They refunded 1 and I paid 1.0 -
Anyone else checked their accounts? I've just checked mine and they've put four lots of delivery charges onto my account!
I've ordered items recently but only to store (we don't pay for delivery to store do we?) and I ordered 26 items tonight in one go.
I'm not going to contact them until it turns up though.0
