I can't believe the problems with the delivery charges - that is certainly a thing from the 9pm slot as it didn't happen to me on the 7pm slot. I'm sure CS will refund no probs. Considering I wasn't going to get that much I placed two orders in total over 50 items - with practically everything being in stock - the delivery chap is going to have a busy day on Saturday!

No, i was on the 7pm slots and have been charged four times instead of two, their phones are going to be v busy tomorrow i think!

I did a 7o'clock order over the phone & got charged 8 times. The woman on the phone even said to me the total price plus £3.95 delivery, I only found out when I checked my account details online.

No I was on at 7pm too and got charged 11 times

I've also got 9 delivery charges, only checked out twice, its quite a bit of furniture, but will definately be making a phonecall tomorrow too, also alot of things aren't showing on my account, but have had confirmation emails, it says it updates 3 times a day so fingerscrossed the rest appears soon
