Just had another look at my online account recent activity and the items ordered are different from the email acknowledgments that I've printed out - some things are showing 3 and 4 times each despite only 1 being ordered and acknowleded. Think there may be problems with the online system just now that isn't limited to just the delivery charges

Well, I got my orders through ok. Only two of the items that I wanted were out of stock. I was booked in for the 7:00pm slot but by the time i got home it was past 9:00pm. Didn't have any problems and no sign of recent orders on my Next account but I have got the confirmation email. Will wait and see. This is the first time I have had a VIP so very pleased as got my little girl kited out for next year. :j

basket crashed 3 times for me and it went through in the end charging at full price have emailed them but got free del.

My account is now saying my VIP slot has expired, however it gives me the option to book another for tomorrow! How weird.

I am spitting feathers(can t find a spitting feathers smiley) have just spent from 9pm my allotted time slot happily filling my basket....go to check out boom...zilch....nowt in basket:eek:....phoned next was told had I written down manually.....!!!!!!!!!!... told to phone by midnight would be guaranteed goods....phoned @ 11.30 ...guess what!!!!! they are only bloody shut!!!!!!!!! has any one else had same or have next just got it in for me!!!!

Mine says the same. Why haven't next sent invites to people who previously didn't get vip slots rather than allow those who did to order again. Very strange. I won't be taking another slot, very unfair system.

Just had my 7am slot, ordered about 25 items, 1 delivery charge (for now) and it took 10 mins for me to input in quickshop and check out.

Whatever was causing the problems last night, seems to have been fixed this morning.

Although a bit gutted the Toy Story Bedlinen was out of stock :-(

I have a 7am slot but the website just seems to have frozen. Soon I won't have added anything for 20min and will be kicked out

My account was showing extra delivery charges in recent activity last night but this morning is only showing one, so hopefully it is the same for others and we don't all need to contact them.
