I've just received my vip slot via email. :jHadn't phoned CS, haven't ordered anything from my Next Directory for over a year (went in a huff cos I haven't had a vip slot for the last few sales!), don't have a flexible card account either. So keep checking your emails folks as they're still sending them out. Mine is for Thurs 6pm-11.00Pm.

Next near my office (Fenchurch Street, London) has a poster detailing opening times on the window. They are open from 5am on Friday which indicates the start of the sale as it always starts a day early in the CITY.

i was told i have a vip slot when i called on sunday,was told to wait for email to come through
i called today as not had one and was told that i didnt meet all criteria,i asked what the criteria was and was told it is
1.must have flexi account 2.must have ordered and kept whole order this season 3.must have available credit 4.must have a copy of directory

the lady i spoke to confirmed that i hadnt got a slot because i dont have the directory and if i did have it that would have increased my chances of getting a vip slot

so been with them 10+ yrs as a account holder,paying on time and ordering not just in sales just isnt good enough!

City of London branches are always Friday, as the place is always deserted on Saturday (Canary Wharf etc.)

Everywhere else is Saturday as far as I am aware, so if really keen get a tube into one of the City locations Friday, then do it all again on Saturday!!

My sister works there and said their sale starts this Saturday. She didn't say what the discounts will be but she said the good stuff will only be available first thing (like 5am some places) and then they put the stuff out that they've brought in especially for the sale which isn't as good.
