Hi, as i said previously i can't get instore or online on sat, can i call them up on sat morning and use the quickshop codes to order then?

Next used to give 1 hour slots to VIPs but now its a much longer time (1900-2300!). You can sign in as many times as you like during this time slot and place an order, and if you phone CS when your orders have arrived, they will usually only deduct 1 P&P charge.

Usually there is a sale line that you can call once the sale starts (the number is usually on the sale listing that comes in the post, although don't know if anyone has received one). You just order as normal but theres usually a long queue.

Have just had email, I've tried to log on and get a slot for past 2 days, cleared cookies, swapped computers etc to no avail and now got one!

Guess there must be a staggered send out of invites then? I must be in the "lesser VIP" group!!

Mine just arrived as well. I'd tried twice yesterday through the website and was told to go away. Thought it was because i hadn't ordered anything from this catalogue

Is there a fair chance the site will be jammed on Saturday morning, or do they take measures to ensure the website flows smoothly with all the extra traffic?

I don't really want to spend all morning waiting for the page to load!

No never easy, always chaotic - crashes/freezes(big grrrr).

Hi

I've just received my VIP invitation but like some of the others couldn't get onto the website. I called the Helpdesk and she's reserved my space - it was either 6pm - 11pm on Thursday or all day Friday! Anyway, I've had my email to confirm but still can't access any VIP list or anything. Anyone else had this problem and have you been able to solve it? I'd hate to not be able to get in on Friday.

The best way is to find the code of the clothes you are interested in beforehand and then use the quickshop option *copy and paste.* It's the quickest way. Remember to go for what you really want first and don't mess around, order and then log in again for the next batch of things you may want. If you must pay for postage two/three times then so be it, your getting 50% off so what's £3.95?

I didn't get a VIP this time, but I've been very lucky in the past so no complaints. And clear your cookies/cache before starting. Enjoy all and remember let's not be greedy!:)
