Thanks Aidy, I am a Wii novice so I don't understand what is an old non- Wii Sports resort compared to a new version?

Had my vip slot today, not impressed what was left on sale having seen the preview listing on wednesday. I know its first come first served but still disappointing online sale. I suppose I'l have a look on ebay in a few days lol

had my email too, reckon it will arrive tomorrow. One item though that i ordered and went through they have now sent an order that it is unavailable, plus there's about 10 items 'to follow' so i guess i won't be seeing them lol.

Can't believe that after waiting a couple of yrs to get a next vip slot, i had one, then they offered me another one for today! Why don't they offer them to people that haven't had a slot yet? Personally i think the best thing is to go to the shops on saturday now as there won't be much left by tomorrow online. Good luck to all those who get up early on saturday!

Yipee I got my tracking email last night to say the majority of my order would be delivered either today or tomorrow in 9 parcels lol!

I placed my list over 4 different orders due to the sight continously crashing, sent them a nice email expaining this and they got back to me this morning to say they have removed the other 3 delivery charges so it's just the 1 Im paying for :j

I placed 3 orders for 29 items and only 15 items are showing on my Next account. All the missing items are a 3-4 day wait, or 2-4 week wait. Do they put them up as they get them back into stock or is this something I should email Next about?

I agree. I was offered a second slot but didn't use it because I got what I wanted (well most of it - whether it actually turns up is another matter!) in my original slot.

Whilst I understand Next's policy in only having a set number of VIPs, it does seem strange to then give a second slot to the same people. This is the first time I've had a VIP slot so I don't know if they always do this, but it might be something they'd like to rethink for the winter sale.

I agree, I had a slot on wednesday at 9pm, after trying for 20 minutes to get into the site I finally tried to order off a list I had made. I only bought a few items as a lot of the items had already gone. Quite disappointing seen as I had a fairly good slot. I will be up early 2moro, Im going into store!!

Our VIP sale service is only available to a limited number of customers. Priority has been given to our Flexible Account Customers who have a Next Directory and a valid email registered with us to accept information about sale listings etc.

Worth mentioning that although it says about email, I must somehow be signed up for postal stuff as well because I actually got my initial invite by post on monday, then the email arrived on Tuesday. I signed up for my slot on monday night (for wednesday night 9-11pm) but by Tuesday when the emails came out the slots were for thursday night - so I was glad of my early invitation!

No worries!!

The Wii console is exactly the same, as are the basic controllers. When it was first launched it came with Wii Sports

Last year, it was enhanced to also have Wii Sports Resort game, and a motion controller, with is a bit you plug into the controller to have more sensitive control on games. This is the only difference between the 2 (Wii Sports Resort is great though - more games including frisbee, plane flying, cycling, etc.)

I too had mine in the early hours of this morning :j
Only problem is when I click on the link to track it it is only saying '14 July order generated'!! I guess my stuff will arrive tomorrow when I really don't want it to cause I work all day and hubby will be home from his overnight stay with his work which means alot of questions when I get home to my 9 parcels as to why I yet again ordered too much despite promising him this time I won't!!!!:o

Anybody had their e-mail by and had the 'order generated' too but it still turned up today by any chance?
