Reading that some people haven't even had one VIP slot, I feel awful that I've now been given a third option to book a slot - not that I want anything now. Much as I like having a VIP slot I feel to offer a second and third slot is slightly unfair.

I know, the second slot they offered me could easily have gone to some one else!!

1) your order is generated

2)then sent to depot

3)then ready for collection

4)then collected by delivery person and ready for delivery (not exactly what t says but cant remember)

so if it is being generated it is unlikely it will be delivered tomorrow, more likely to be monday so you are safe in the hiding of parcels. My hubby will go banana's when he seems min Ha!!

I have had parcels left at my front door before- outrageous!! I was on holiday as well and had already called them to cancel last thing from my order telling them i was going on holiday.....

I used to tell my old Next delivery guy when I was going away and he would hold onto them for me at home. Got a new delivery man now so will have to suss out whether he's so friendly.

I am sure the 3rd message is "out to courier" That is the day I recieve my parcels as the couriers collect from the warehouse about 5.30 in the morning.

i had a slot on wednesday and the site was playing up the main things i wanted were out of stock by the time i managed to order but today they were back instock ive noticed things are selling out then back in stock again so think they are only letting limited stock into vip so hopefully they will do the same for tomorrow so people who never got a vip will get the chance to grab a bargain
