So far so good. Having packet pasta (cooked in microwave), a mullerrice and an orange from home today. Lots of carbs I know but it will help with all the Great North Run training. Plus pasta comes in so many flavours its just too easy - and it was on special in Heron Frozen foods.0

Hi, am I able to join in? Only just come across this post and think its a fab idea! I have been off for the first part of this month and so therefore haven't bought any lunches, however with volunteering and work to come (with my wedding at the end of the month!) I need to set myself a challenge!

Hi all,
i know it's very late in the month, but I've only just found you - can I possibly join in?
I'd like to aim to have no more bought lunches for the rest of this month => I'm aiming for 7 lunches brought from home.
Stopped for long enough to make and bring a sandwich today (despite it meaning I had to run for the train), but left the 2 bottles of water I'd filled up on the worktop! So I bought a yoghurt and bottle of juice to go with my sandwich!

to keep at work how about a teeny tiny jar of jam, or a jar of meat spread, a couple of packs of the crackers with just a few in are a good stand by as well, cup a soup when it gets cold, also a pack of cous cous, assuming that you have a kettle to use.Nearly debt free

Mr Green - you could also get some supernoodles to keep on standby? If you have a microwave!0

Hey we're into the last week of July, hows it going for you.
I have actually spent £6.00 on three lunches, though I set myself to just buy two.
I'm (very) slowly stocking up my locker at work with standby food. So far I've got a tin of soup, pickle, chocolate spread, peanuts, and a couple of chocolate bars. I will be getting some noodles just keep forgetting to pick them up.Nearly debt free
