    Hi MrGreen! :hello:

I really thought I had signed up for this....it's in my signature and everything!! I have faithfully been following it anyway, my goal is the same as last month's - to have 0 bought lunches. :j So far I am 100% on target which is fab, I have written it in my signature as 8/22....hopefully that is right, that's what I remembered it as from last month!

    Thank you

    Jo :)

    Hi MrGreen.
to keep at work how about a teeny tiny jar of jam, or a jar of meat spread, a couple of packs of the crackers with just a few in are a good stand by as well, cup a soup when it gets cold, also a pack of cous cous, assuming that you have a kettle to use.
Been very good so far this week, mostly just salad as the weather is nice, been putting the olives and dressing in a separate container as in the past my excuse for buying a salad out was because it went soggy because of the extra's that I like to put on.

Have been tres good so far:

    1 x dinner and 1 x brekkie so on target. 2/6.

Subway tomorrow yum yum and work brekkie on Friday to come.

been good and bought Salad on my weekly shop so had that last 2 days. shouldn't need dinner friday after late brekkie but will take some crisps and choccy (or maybe popcorn) to keep me going in the afternoon if I need it.

    happy eating
