i have been on esa before i got put back on jsa, ive never missed a singing on date or interview ever but that was the first time i did, yes these vivid dreams do make me confused and stuff and with brain fogginess as well, ive still got depression, but going back on jsa its got worse again

i asked the doc for a cpn, the last time i went they said there was no point as the waiting list was to long, yeah he put me on amitriptyline, to see this would help me get through the night, as my sleep hasn't been very good because of the dreams, and restless legs

nope not yet, i thought i had to wait six months after my tribunal for esa

No it's 6 months from when the DWP came to the original decision on the ESA award.

If it's been over 6 months from that date then you have every right to apply again. Tribunal date is neither here nor there.

One serious piece of advice get you original claim checked over by DIAL, local welfare rights or the CAB. These can tell you where you went wrong, whether it is worth you applying again and also assist you with the new claim.

As for your doctor get yourself on that list for a CPN and complain if they do not comply with the request. Unless there is an alternative like counselling available? It will take to long I've heard them all now
