All I can say to this is what do you expect for £1? My bf has a list of all the things he has to put the £1 sign on and some of them are ex chart items. I guess you have to be there early for that.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

I saw quite a few things for sale for a £1 today on the ends of aisles at Tescos Ricoh Arena Coventry. Stationary, Hangers, Car Stuff, but being so tired took absolutely no notice of it all, as only looking for my list of possible r&r's, lol!0

Got some kids wooden jigsaws today - set of 2 various styles - they had £1 on box, which was a good price for them but there was another sel with 25p on - even better !!! - they went through at 25p - were going pretty swiftly though, but well worth the trip !!:j :j :j :j0

but last week I got a couple of board games...... (bit like frustration?) for 99p each, good xmas prezzies for the neighbours kids!Tatts :hello: :kisses2:0 -

Just to add they also have mouse - ie the one I'm using now on the computer, for £1! So far so good - the posh one that came with the pc keeps getting 'gunged' up inside, and guess who has the job of trying to clean it all out !
Only downside is the wire/lead seems shorter than the old one, but it just reaches the mat, so see what the kids say;)
The mouse mats are a pack of 2 - either 2 red or 2 blue in my store
The cutlery sets I saw were 5 piece sets, not 6 (strange, is this metrication gone mad ?) and were blue plastic handled type. ie 5 spoons = £1, 5 forks = £1
6 little plastic plastic storage boxes with lids =£1
Screw sets in a little case
set of 3 diff sized scissors etc.
All look good for the money......probably useful for students off to uni as well.
Asda do a similar sort of thing for £1, ( inc got some disposable cameras - inc flash for £1),but is hit and miss, and don't have as many lines0
