Replaced exhaust but it sounds very loud, Need advice

the soot /coking up is b.s spouted by garages so you go away thing the badly fitted and /or cheapo exhaust will be okay after a few miles

modern engines make very little soot /carbon , it would take 1000s of miles to make a coating thats measurable
