For some reason my autocorrect changes R J Turley to R J Turkey unless, over written. Pretty much sums up this company from the feedback posted. Having used Google to check out other sites I'd not take my business there. Good luck if you do.

Brass necks !!! Smucks I have used this man for over twenty yrs and regularly bring him jobs from within my community as i cannot find anyone who repairs 22 carat so well and consceintiously. Leave the Goyim alone

I'm the original poster who had all the trouble with the eternity ring. I never mentioned, I did actually have my wedding ring resized which he did on the same day the whole sorry saga started. So yes, they may be perfectly able to do a simple resize on the day, but heaven help you if you have to leave a job with them and communicate via the phone.

As for trying again, 4 wasted visits from Buckinghamshire to Birmingham was enough to convince me never to set foot near the place again.
