Where in the world are data roaming costs lowest?

This is key. Such a thing would allow for the cheapest roaming everywhere.

But we need to look abroad. So, if you have seen prices elsewhere, why not post them here. Have you seen anything beating UK networks?

All it takes is one company worldwide and we're in.

I'm not totally daft - I realise they are different providers and different tariffs (that's kinda what I was saying). It just seemed strange to me that a PAYG tariff would have such 'reasonable' roaming costs compared to a contract tariff.

Well, yes. Tesco, I think, uses O2's network and of course T-Mobile don't.
