We went out for dinner last night and he opened up to me saying that he's really worried about me as I've been really low and blue this week, and he was worried it was him. I told him it wasnt and he believes me but I found it really hard to tell him exactly whats going on.

In honesty, I'm so run down and feeling really blue but dont know why. Work is long, money is short, I dont want to socialise with my friends any more. When I come home from work all I want to do is go to bed.

Apologies if there are other posts elsewhere but have you considered speaking to your GP? I'm not saying you need tablets, therapy, anything at all really...but a short chat with your GP might help too, even if it is just to get something off of your chest.
    I agree Notty!!!

I see the radar is working well Notty!....something just popped up ( onto the screen) did it?

    Hows you?

I have just returned from 10 miles walk, with only a small detour due to livestock and overgrown paths. So it took 2 1/4 hours and I cant believe how fresh I still feel.

I'm very well, thanks. Just working part-time and match betting until I start uni again in the autumn. Life's pretty good.

How about you? You doing ok?

I'm fine thanks Notty, always something that could be improved.....but for now all is good. Work is v busy and secure.

    Just seen this,
    http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20100701/tuk-motorway-yobs-bombard-drivers-with-r-45dbed5.html

..when this happened to one of our drivers, on the A46 around Leicester, he refused to give his 'Ethnic type' and so the operator got shirty with him. At this point the yobs were still on the bridge....the operator ( Police) said they were 'too busy'. I expect they thought it was the yobs right to throw concrete off of bridges cos they've had a difficult childhood and their Dad broke their X-Box and Social wont get another one for them for nearly a week..etc, etc.....
