    Well I did talk to someone briefly at the social housing and they said that I was not eligable due to not being a resident in the area for over 6 months :/

    I don't understand D&O. Is this in the area your parents are in because you said you'd been living with them for 4 years. Are you asking there or elsewhere. I'm sure there's a duty to house you if you are in the same area.

    I have lived back at home with my parents for 4 years. We all moved (into a bigger family home) in march because the previous house was too small, and my ex made our lives a nightmare.

    down, i think if you can get a letter from your parents stating they are divorcing (hope i've got the right end of the stick) and that they are selling the house thus making you homeless the councill will have to put you on the HomeChoice list.
