Did you cry at the end too? Such tenderness and gratitude to the cat for allowing him to treat him!

    I'm sooooooooooo warm!

Just thought I'd share that with you.

Made yummy, scrummy rubber chicken pies for tea with yet more home grown mangetout, potato wedges and green beans - twas lovely. Baked an orange sponge too and have just slapped some chocolate orange icing on the top with tons of sprinkles.

DH is taking DD2 to the orthodontist tomorrow - a big step for both of them - her first time there and DH's first time of trying to do it all alone (well without me). I have a huge phobia of all things dental so he's decided this is the push he needs to see what he can do (as in getting out and about without me). I'm very proud that he's even going to give it a go....very proud of DD2 too for agreeing to it all as she'll be the one that needs to go in alone if he can't transfer from the whizzy wheels into the surgery.

Hope it all goes well for them Pooky.

I've got surgery on the second eye tomorrow. Could really do with a drink tonight but not allowed! Quite nervous. I know it will be fine but god the discomfort! Will be glad when a few days is over.

  • Pooky, I'm sure your DH and DD will be fine tomorrow. What will you do whilst they're out?

Katsu - sorry to hear you're not feeling 100%.

Butti - good luck for tomorrow.

    Lots of love,
