The rep might have advertised in the local shops/online asking anyone if they'd like to see a brochure. You're allowed to do this even if it brings you customers from outside your allocated roads - this is why I'm doing it because I've exhausted my territory now. So the other rep may have got those customers when the street either wasn't covered by a rep, or was but they hadn't re-canvassed in ages.
Just seen this - very useful thanks. So I can advertise outside my area? Outside of the ASM's area? I have the facility to do so.0 -
Hi Guys & Gals :money:
Are Avon still network marketing or did that die a death???
If anyone could possibly point me in the right direction that would be great??

Do you think that would be ok?/Enough?
One quick question - when you give customers a copy of their order form, do you give them the top or bottom copy? i gave them the top copy this time but wanted to see if there was a certain way we are supposed to do it?
Also while i remember, my SL gave me an old HT so when i made my c15 order i had not seen the c17 HT. However, they sent one with my order last Fri... can i still order from HT c17? i think someone said that you can but stuff would probably be out of stock - is that right? i wanted to get the xmas party pack for £30 but it'll probably be out and isnt in the c18 HT.
Thank you.
yes, try that with the lady at Somerfield, but rather than offering her cash, maybe say she can have something free from the brochure? May be limit that to £5 spend, as you won't spend that much.
I give customers bottom copy as top has signature.
Yes, you can order from HT17 with C 15 and C16. It is clearance stuff that you cannot back order, and sometimes this is out of stock.0 -

Thanks
The free Gift Guide should have come automatically with your C16 books. It is a christmassy looking book.0 -
I even started changing the number at the end of the C18 link to see if I could find it that way... Too much time on my hands...
.
doesn't work like that, you have to search for the books by typing in C1, click on archive and search.
Although when we post links it looks like that is all you need to do.0 -

Just been out to collect brochures and only got 3 out of 10 back!! I need them for my other customers!! Need to get them trained better! lol. Just had a lovely lady phone me to say she has just been to her son's house and noticed he had just thrown a brochure to the side. She said she knew we had to pay for brochures so wanted me to get it back, didnt want to tell her it will be an old brochure so im going to pick it up tomorrow.0

Delivery nightmare again! This morning, the delivery driver tried to deliver the Avon order before 7am. My husband leaves for work at 5:45am in the morning. He rents a room from my nan and she doesn't get up early at all. Apparently the delivery driver was banging on the door and ringing the bell loads this morning, woke my dad up who had just got back from a night shift. My dad told the driver to go away (not as polite as that) and that it was unreasonable to try and deliver before 7am. I have no idea whether they will try to deliver again as no card was left! What do I do now? I have tried to sort out a safe place, but Avon just say the place isn't safe enough. There is nowhere for the order to be left that Avon will approve and I can see this being a problem every three weeks.
PS the issue with my dad not taking the delivery in is another long story and I am not happy with him at the moment!DD1 born May 2002, DD2 born Dec 2005, DS born Dec 2008. Baby due May 2010! TEAM PINK!!

Heylo.. you should have your couriers number written down somewhere??!! Also, i havent got a "safe place" either, the ASM who signed me up has a greenhouse in her garden for a safe place for all her reps to use if needed, has your asm or SL got anywhere like that??0
