But no samples for the Herve Lerger fragrance out in C15. No samples for the new Patrick Dempsey II aftershave or the Musk Leather.

Also, have you seen the incentive on the Herve Leger perfume as well - it's on the Sales Leader website C13-16 - every full sized bottled sold gives you a ticket into a raffle to win £5k. Apparently there is a similar customer one too.....of course if they enter online and leave their details online. Mmmm wonder what Avon will do with their details??!!??

I have found (having been around since In Bloom, Absynthe and Fergie) it helps to have the samples so you are armed to show your customers. Although, spraying the full sized bottle has worked well with Fergie too.

What stocks do people keep "in" and look for when they are on best price in the brochure?

E.g. Getting the SSS Dry Oil Spray when it's £2 (brochure price)

Dont think that it does. To the best of my knowledge, it only counts out of the main book!

Thanks Lucyclare - oh never mind. I have sold 3 more hair products today so that makes a total of 8 points, just need to decide at what point it is worth buying something myself just to get the reward. Are they usually very good?

    Hi All
Thanks for the reminders on creative ordering! I will get the anew treats for myself now. Another customer ordered suncream at £10 instead of the 3 for £9 deal but I feel a little guilty over that. At the mo Ive ordered 2 for myself for the deal so I get 2 suncreams and £1 for nothing- but my head says one thing and my heart another!
Order totals £229 at present and for my first campaign I am happy. That is 12 customers. Only one road not done-I will do this next week as a backorder to go in with c12(Im on 11 at present)
What are the freebies I should be looking to get from Avon this time? Met lots of lovely people plus a couple of weirdos-I think I can tell from the outside of their houses though to be fair-there is always a telltale sign. Thinking of ordering a few gifts for the ones who ordered over/approx £20-Id need 5 or 6. Undecided as its my first campaign. Maybe Im better off giving them samples!
    Thanks Everyone.

I'm the same as you :D If it were me I'd order an aftersun lotion or similar and give it as a "free gift" then keep the extra sun lotion and £1 for yourself so your customer is still benefiting too :o

I tend to give something new (a new fragrance of shower gel etc) that the customer hasn't tried yet or something related to what they purchase, so if they often order nail enamel but have never ordered nail polish remover and it's on offer then I'd give that as their gift. Then hopefully next time they need remover they'll order it from Avon :D

As Gloversgirl said, I also spend around £1 on the gift unless the customer has placed a particularly larger order in which case I'd spend a little more or give an extra gift.

oooh, and I wrap my free gifts in pink tissue paper so they are more "gifty" lol xxx

brown_suga what out the clearskin proffessional range is it the customer wants? I use it myself and have a few bits in stock i think.. can check tomorrow when im home if you like?

Hi johanne, its all 3, the deep pore scrub, the pads and the lotion.
She always buys them from me every few campaigns. They are in C12 but I haven't submitted my C11 yet so I don't want to make her wait! She might just go to boots!

    Thank you!

Can't see the professional range either, but depending on what product they want, it could be worth suggesting the clearskin range, pages 128-129 in brochure 11. I use the blemish clearing spot treatment, and the blemish stick and they are fab.

Could explain why one of my regular customers hasn't ordered in the last couple of campaigns as they always order the professional stuff for their daughter - so hopefully they'll order next campaign!

Thanks lozza, but I know she won't want to, it was a struggle to get her to try this and I had to emphasise the whole 'you can send it back', she is hooked on this now and I'm loathed to make her try another product when what she wants is on offer in C12. I wouldnt have even noticed it wasnt in the brochure, she had the book for ages (she is a work colleague) and in the end came over and was 'I can't find it, am I being stupid' bless her!

 NOT a good start. Was delivering my brochures in one of the blocks of flats I've been assigned. Outside one of the flats was a stakc of 20 Campaign 11 brochures. What does this even mean - if she's a rep then surely the brochures would be inside her flat, if she's not then why does she have them.

Am feeling a little deflated, I really hope there isn't another rep on this are already, as I'll have just wasted all my books :(

Were they still sealed in the plastic?? If so it could be she's a rep who does f&f and she's had some books delivered/dropped off by her upliner.
